How we work
One contact from your first message to delivery at the port. Here is what happens to an RFQ once it reaches us.

Send your list
An Excel sheet, a PDF requisition or just a nameplate photo on WhatsApp.
We compare suppliers
Makers, stockists and factories worldwide, from Korea, Japan and China to Europe.
You get a clear quote
Usually within 24 hours, with part condition, lead time and origin for every line.
One shipment
Parts from several suppliers packed together with one invoice and packing list.
Part condition, stated on every line
Each quoted line says exactly what you are buying, so you can choose by budget and lead time.
- Genuine
- Supplied by the original equipment maker or its licensee, in maker packaging.
- OEM
- Made by the factory that produces the part for the maker, without maker branding.
- Quality alternative
- Made to the original drawing by a qualified third-party manufacturer.
What to send
The more we know, the faster and more accurate the quote.
- Vessel name and IMO number
- Equipment maker, model and serial number, or a nameplate photo
- Part numbers with drawing and item numbers from the manual
- Quantities and the part condition you accept
- Delivery port and the date the vessel is there
One shipment, one set of documents
When an order comes from several suppliers, we collect everything in Busan, check it against the quote and ship it as one consignment with one commercial invoice and packing list.
Example
Five suppliers, two sister vessels, one order: 15 boxes and 201 kg sent from Incheon to Singapore as ship's spares in transit, reconciled by box and weight.
